Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you total control over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect email messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the electronic mail account you wish to forward messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
